The word ‘mojo’ is synonymous with having
‘magic charm’ and a ‘magnetic quality’
- a quality that attracts or charms others.

Your local café aims to attract customers in its own unique way. It is a space where friends
and family can meet amidst an atmosphere of warmth and the buzz of chatter.

What has the bike got to do with it?

The image of a bicycle, for most, symbolises a period of their life when things were simple. In today’s fast pace the simple pleasures of good food and great coffee are making a comeback. The sight of bikes parked 4 or 5 deep outside your favourite café is one which provokes the notion of a time when produce was bought and consumed within the local community.

Case Study

Check out the new espresso bar “dbl ristretto” in Springwood - the Blue Mountains NSW. The guys at dbl ristretto are punching out some amazing coffee. The combination of a passionate team of people and a great blend of coffee has created a real buzz up there!

What makes our blend so popular?

Like many consumers, we were not impressed with many of the blends available. The experience of a weak or bitter coffee is still very prevalent. Six years ago, we developed a blend which cuts through milk based coffee and can be served as a double ristretto without the result of bitterness. Our blend has earned a reputation for consistency. It is strong and full bodied with a chocolate malt aftertaste.
